My solution: Take a long happy nap. When you wake up, you’ll realize how much time you wasted sleeping and you’ll be full of rage that’s transformable into energy, and finally able to work.

Been there, done that, worked like a charm.

I have this problem all the time. I have so much to do that to sit in front of the computer screen would sound stupid but I do it.

There is only one thing to do in situations like this – put the kettle on. In fact, I have done just that as I have so much to do and can’t decide where to start…..

Well what I do, and this happens to me a lot. I make a list and give every task a priority between 1 and 100. Then I work my way through the list.

That’s somewhere in the subconscious. My guess is that it happens with too much desire that it overwhelms our mind and instead of taking everything bit by bit it just decides to give up :)

I would recommend just throwing everything out the window…

spend some times playing games, and don’t eat, that helps!

I always get really panicky about not having enough time to do the million things I want to achieve. I feel I need to do this, this and this NOW. Though end up with just browsing the net or playing Playstation (though gaming is probably one of those things I wish I had more time for).

I wrote a ‘to do list’ in a post once…I’m pretty sure it is the same stuff in my current ‘to do’ list.

Maybe I just need to set up a routine. An hour for drawing, followed by an hour for browsing, etc. I must start eating at regular meal times too. This is going to be hard work.

I can perfectly rely to this, and I am glad I am not so alone. I burn my candle on both ends un-want-ingly, it’s just this fast life we live in. But hey, I have 3-4 days off from work now, I must mention, so it’s not too bad after all… even though I work from home now on the holidays.

You should take a rest to clear your mind. When you have so much to do and you do not know what to do first. This happen to me as well, and the best way is to rest…rest…rest….

I find that the best thing you can do when you are just stuck with too many things is to write everything down on paper. When you have a schedule, everything is easier to get done.

We all suffer from analysis paralysis to some degree. I find a good solution is to go and do something completely different! Come back to it and you’ll have a fresh head on.

Some of the natural ingredients that you may find in a colon cleanse would be natural remedies like Bentonite and often Psyllium Husk, which is a natural fibre which is non-soluble and aids in moving waste through the body.
