Dennis: this is something I’ve been thinking about for ages but, camtasia is slow on this computer and I can’t capture a big enough area. I have some decent video editing stuff so I guess I could use images as overlays and such but I just dunny have the time!

You may want to make a video version of email tips for people to see before the email you. Something short and to the point, like 60 seconds, and reiterate that specifity in bug reports is key.

Wow you must have the patience of a saint. maybe it would be good to put together a faq for diagnosing the problem and send any enquiries to the page first to do a self diagnosis. I bet it would cut down on the number of tickets you would have to respond to. Great use of video to get your message across.

khaled: I fully intended to have a trouble shooting section but every time I got around to writing one, I’d rather put the effort into improving the program so it doesn’t need support. I guess I’m lucky that nearly all support requests are to do with user error or feed error because it means my software is fine!
