		<description>You have to love it when they tell you thier is no number and your talking to them on the line. Sometimes you just have to wonder what they are thinking do they not realize your talking to them is it a dream. Sounds like you made out in the deal and saved alot .

		<description>You have to laugh when they offer lower price after you used servcie so long. It just shows that people do not  all pay the same price. I am sure somepeople know this and call and they lower price while everyone else pays full price for the dsl.

		<description>you do know dont you if you had phone bulldog they would of matched or beaten o2 deal. They did with a mate of mine anyway. They reduced his internet from 19,96 pm to £6 pm</description>

		<description>Customer service is generally horrible, but I agree, wireless carriers will do dang near anything to keep you! When I called Sprint in the US with a minor problem, they refused to correct it. I said &quot;OK, if you want to take $16 extra dollars from me this month, you will not continue receiving my $50 going forward, nor any money from my friends, family, etc.&quot; They immediately transferred me to a Customer Retention Supervisor who tried to give me the world, especially if I&#039;d lock in for 2 more years with them. Funny stuff.

Glad your story had a happy ending, sorry about all the junk you had to deal with, though!!
