First, did you change the look of your blog? Second, I also wanted to be a member of Starfleet, but my memories start with the original, so I must be older than you. Man, who didn't want to be Spock? And Lieutenant Uhura; you know she had a thing for me. I actually got to meet her and Grace Lee Whitney at Star Trek conventions in the 90's; I haven't heard of anything like that in years at this juncture. And, odd as this seems, thinking and acting like Spock, as much as I could, got me through college; talk about having something to look up to. But that tale will wait for another day.
