I have upgraded to WP2.7 as soon as I could for all of my old blogs and I'm very happy with my results, So I make sure to install only the new version for my upcoming blogs!!! I Loved v2.6, I only ran into minor road blocks but overall its functionality was great.

I look forward to using v2.7 as I assume the upgrade could only be beneficial to the project..

I agree with everyone who says there are too many updates – especially if you use a lot of plugins. I’m only just starting to upgrade my sites to 2.6… and now 2.7 is just around the corner! Someone clever should start a hosting service for WP where they help you manage upgrades and plugins

These frequent updates get really gets frustrating because of all the compatibility issues with plug ins. It makes something like Semiologic look attractive since they can handle the compatibility issues, but you are locked in to their choice of plugins. Talina: I think we got it working via the forum or other way, sorry I can’t remember! I get so many coming in that I try to deal with them as they come but some get missed. you can use the help desk if you need help with installation.

Roger: I wrote a new plugin where I got to practice what I’ll be doing with commentluv options so it should be a breeze to do when the time comes

spookygirl: it’s hard to trim widgets once you get used to them, good luck with that..

byteful: I’ll get it stable and out with some testers on 2.7 final when the time comes. keep checking back. thanks again for the graphics you did for commentluv. must be nice to see your work displayed proudly on so many blogs?
