the error I see on the site that doesn’t work (marketing-blogzine) is uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method XMLHttpRequest.open

this happens when the host domain is different than the domain showing in the address bar, like when a mirror url is used or multiple domain names share the same account.

ie. magazine.com is a site hosted on my-domain.com

does each domain have it’s own virtual server or hosting account?

What’s perplexing is I think I have them configured identically, so I can only assume it’s theme related – but then one of each is the same theme. Help!

Doug: if you give examples of which sites don’t play nice then I can usually sort it out within a minute of seeing the site. I might make some videos to show what to check for..

also, I tried commentluv on the beta version of 2.7 and it worked fine so it should go without problem. I have some updates I’d like to do and will release it when 2.7 is through the 2.7xx stable release

Hi, Andy!

Fairly new to CommentLuv but really do LUV it – and the contest just makes it fun too! It’s working fine on my main blog, but not on a couple of others, even though the badge is showing fine. Is there somewhere to compare theme code, since I suspect that’s the issue here?

Also, will much be involved in porting our CommentLuv plugins to WP 2.7 when it’s released?
