The monkeys are off my back (for now)

I’ve managed to get some major bookends done for some projects I have on the go and I’m really looking forward to being able to code for fun again now that I have stabbed the various work monkeys on my back!

commentluv for bloggerHowever, I can’t get my blogger commentluv sorted until js-kit get their script fully updated. Sometimes it works on js-kit and sometimes it don’t. Sorry to all you google bloggers out there using commentluv but until js-kit have settled into their final script, every change I make is only temporary. Please be patient until they have a final stable comments script and then I can make commentluv work on their system consistently.

Apparently there was a minor bug in the blogger Commentluv script that didn’t close the </a> tag in the comment which prevented the comments from synchronizing. That has been fixed.

If you are having issues with commentluv not showing then please visit your js-kit settings page and enable the expand “leave a comment” so your page shows the form instead of the user having to click the link to show it.

commentluv for bloggerAnother company to update their comment system is Typepad. Their new comment system that allows you to track comments is unfortunately, incompatible with the typepad version of Commentluv. This is due to them not loading the comment form until after the rest of the page has loaded which means commentluv can’t see it when it loads.

I’ll have to figure out some way of pausing the script load until after the comment form appears.

Another monkey on my back was an old project that got canned because a company I was being outsourced from didn’t pay their bills! Luckily, the restaurant owner managed to contact me and I was able (after much hassle) to transfer their site to my own server and update the database to work properly.

Mazza Indian Restaurant & Lounge is located in Kettering, Northamptonshire and is a very fine Indian restaurant indeed! The d├ęcor is awesome, food is incredible and the service is quick. (not to mention they have a fantastic website) :-)

New platforms supported for CommentLuv

Blogger CommentLuv

Blogger CommentLuvAfter 16 hours of starting and then rewriting and then editing and then adjusting and then tweaking…. I have got a version of CommentLuv working on Blogger blogs.

I had it working before but you needed to use Haloscan as the commenting system and the problem with that is, it’s obsolete and a Blogger blogger would lose all their comments if they switched.

Now, I have it working well with js-kit which is a replacement commenting system for blogger blogs that backs up all your previous comments and you can take your comments with you when you move blog platforms.

Try it out here:

I’m too tired now to tweak the last little bits so I’m off to bed to dream about the impending tutorial! :-/

Dotclear CommentLuv

DotClear CommentLuvEric Maziade of has made a perfect copy of CommentLuv for Dotclear blogs. It’s fully functional, it’s even compatible with the upcoming contest!

Nice one Eric. Lovely code.

You’ve done a great job on getting all the functionality in there including the heart info box. I’m really impressed!

If you have Dotclear for your blog, give CommentLuv a go and make the blogging world a happier place :-)

Typepad CommentLuv

Hot on the heels of the Blogger commentluv, I have adjusted it a bit to work with Typepad blogs.

It’s a pretty simple process to install and seems to work quite well.

You can test it out here
I think things are looking up!

I will add some options capabilities to the blogger and typepad version when my eyesight goes back to normal!

Euromillions Rollover Contest – comment here

Now in the second week! still time for you to enter….

It’s another rollover this week and that means another quick contest… I love rollovers! I have a much more increased sense of “i might get it this week” due to my recent syndicate win of over 88,000 GBP.

Join in the fun by leaving a comment with your guess of two different numbers between 1 and 9 for this Fridays’ Euromillions draw. If you guess correctly then you could win just like Bobby Revellian did last rollover.

This weeks prize:
imaingo speakers

RRP: 59.99 GBP

  • contest is open until 6pm Friday 13 June 20 June
  • free to enter, no requirements (other than entering! lol)
  • open worldwide
  • free postage
  • batteries not included (4xAAA)

With my elottery syndicate, both lucky star numbers are guaranteed to come up for my syndicate every week, it means I can win a prize by matching just one number! To see how it works, check out my elottery site (now 5 years old!)

Good luck!

My syndicate just won 88,748 GBP for nothing! (178k USD)

I just found out by email from someone congratulating me on my elottery win, I didn’t know what he meant. I did receive a cheque for 50 quid this morning from elottery though. It was for a bunch of smaller prize wins added together and it tipped over my requested payout level. I pretty much win a small prize every week but I didn’t think it was because of that so I went online to check my accounts..

After checking my 3rd account online I found out that my elottery syndicate had matched 4 numbers plus the bonus ball last Wednesday for a total of EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FORTY EIGHT POUNDS AND NO PENCE!!! and it was for an account that I had signed up at least 5 people for, so in effect, my entry fee was completely covered by commission (and it has been like this since the second day I joined elottery). So I won my share of the prize with something that didn’t even cost me a penny to play! haha.

I’ve been telling people for ages how good elottery is and they couldn’t believe it and would say that ,
a.) you can’t make money with something that pays a small amount per person
b.) you can’t win the lottery

but that’s not so and I’ve proven it again and again, I’ve been earning and winning for years now and I only ever payed once to join, at 10pm on a weekday night I signed up and by the next morning I had signed up enough people to completely cover my monthly fee so in effect, since the day after I joined I have been paid to play the lottery for free

Hahahah, I’m so pleased, this is what I looked like a few seconds after I found out..

Lottery Winner

A big thanks to Nik Grey for letting me know about the win. I’ll buy you a pint next time I’m up to a conference! And a big thanks to elottery for the wonga!! hahaha

There’s a massive rollover on Friday for the Euromillions so I’m feeling lucky for that too!

If you haven’t clicked through to my elottery site yet, do so today! you could be the next super affiliate or big winner for just a fiver a week.

Euromillions rollover winner and another chance

Congratulations to my good blogging buddy Bobby Revellian for picking the correct lucky star numbers for the last Euromillions Lotto draw. He chose numbers 6 and 7 and wins himself a pair of Vmoda bass frequency headphones! I’ll pop over and notify you on your blog after my trip to Brighton this weekend unless you get to me first….

And because it is yet another rollover for next week, there’s another chance for everyone to win this set of ipod portable speakers. These chuck out an awesome sound, perfect for enjoying your music with others when you’re on the move..

Just leave a comment on the end of this post with your guesses for the two lucky star numbers to come up on the Euromillions draw on 16 May 2008 and if you match both numbers like Bobby did last week, you win the prize! This is a regular contest and happens every time there is a Euromillions rollover so keep an eye on the euromillions lotto results on the sidebar to see if anyone wins the jackpot, if no one did then the contest is open… comment away!

Imagine not having to worry about the lucky star numbers at all… play the elottery way and next week, you would only have to match 5 numbers to become a multi millionaire because we guarantee that your syndicate will match BOTH lucky star numbers on EVERY draw for just a fiver a week.

Because of the way we orientate the syndicate places, you have multiple chances to win multiple times on the same draw with the same numbers and in most cases, you win more with elottery than if you’d matched the same numbers on a single ticket.

Play online here for this weeks Euromillions draw for just a fiver

I’ve been play this way for a few years now and I have literally hundreds of wins from it, there is rarely a week goes by without me winning at least one small prize!

Compliance… the path to riches

I managed to catch the Monday night elottery broadcast today and although I’ve heard the business presentation a squillion times, I actually got excited about elottery again!

I’ve been involved with it for a few years now and even though I continue to bring in new members here and there, they are mostly from my total leads orders and my automated sites and autoresponders. I rarely get the chance to do a face to face presentation these days which is probably due to most face to face meetings I have are talking about 10k+ commercial contracts and it seems a little bit out of place to be mentioning something that costs a fiver to join!

My mistake! I used to do it before and successfully signed up a professional football club who have just recently been promoted up a league and will soon have television coverage (and lucky me has a big grab a grand banner behind the goal!) so I think it’s time to start back on the elottery trail again. I did really well last time I was active with elottery and my team hasn’t depleted much in the months and months of neglect that I have inflicted on them, combine this with the new payplan and structure that has come about because of… COMPLIANCE… and I’m 100% positive that I’ll be earning more than ever (I’ve earned literally tens of thousands of pounds in commission from elottery so far)

What is this compliance thing?
It’s due to new European law coming in to force about networking and other commission based opportunities..

This is the best news I have heard for elottery since I joined because…

  • no longer is it necessary for an affiliate to be a player
  • the opening up of commission levels is no longer dependent on how many affiliates you sign up
  • getting bonus payments has been made much much easier
  • no more freeloaders

These are just some of the benefits of the new rules coming and I will be expanding on these over the next few weeks, for now, get yourself over to my elottery site and take a look around. Now is the time to join elottery, it’ll be even easier to make a success of yourself! (with my help of course!)

Important additions to uVme – oh yeah

Some major additions to uVme have been made recently! There are now two more payment options for players to add to their playing account – Paypal and Netteller. This should make things a lot easier for those wanting to wager on games when they get good enough (or sending a challange to FiddyP and beating me!)

Another great thing is, you can now challenge for free. Signup to the site for free and you can send challenges to me or other folk you know by searching for their name on the pre-game screen and then send a challenge worth 0.00 .

If you haven’t seen it yet and you enjoy playing games, register for free by clicking the image on my imgames site and choose any game, once you see the game preview page you can select to play for free or put FiddyP in the search box and challenge me to a free game. (be gentle with me!)

I have some fantastic plans for imgames that are so nearly ready for action, I have the coding mostly done and the support site nearly ready. All that will be left will be the launch! (this is still top secret! I’ve pumped some serious cash into these plans, you are going to be blown away when you see it! there’s going to be prizes galore for readers here and a chance for you to get something for you and your own readers)

Subscribe to the Fiddyp feed and be the first to find out what’s in store for Fiddyp and imgames

Mazza Indian Restaurant in Kettering – a fine family restaurant

Mazza Indian Restaurant Website

Mazza Indian Restaurant in Kettering has it’s own website, it’s nearly finished with just a tiny bit to do up here and there and it’s ready to rock!

As soon as I walked in there I was impressed by the size and quality of furnishing, even the toilet area was high class and immaculate! (you can tell a lot about a restaurant by it’s toilets!) so it’s only fitting that I put in some extra work for their website so it matches the quality and impact of their place.

Once I get the takeaway menu scanned and pdf’d, that will go up and be ready to download by all. One thing I am pleased about is the ability for diners to leave their own reviews which get displayed on the site after being moderated. Browsers can even leave their details to receive updates via email about the latest promotions and events going on at Mazza Restaurant.

I’ll be taking the missus there next week for the launch of the website and we can both enjoy a fine, expertly crafted Indian meal in the beautiful surroundings of this fine Indian restaurant. Right in the heart of Northamptonshire.

I can’t wait! Visit Mazza Indian Restaurant and Lounge website and let me know what you think.

uVme Darts – How to get the perfect game

It looks like uVme have been updating the games again. One thing to change is the power meter functionality of the darts game. Whereas before it would always start at the top and move down, it now starts at a different position. This takes away the problem of someone using a click recorder to play back the perfect click.

After much free playing I have found a way to get a 4 dart finish (which to my disgust has already been found and posted about months ago! lol)

I used to think getting up to 5 and then doing a treble 6 to take you to 19 was the way but, noooo. There’s a 4 dart finish possible and given enough practice you’ll be scoring in the 60,000 mark in no time!

see after the break for the video.
